MsgHunter (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "Bot") is a specialized technical tool designed for automated monitoring, filtering, and aggregation of information from open public sources within the Telegram messenger.
Important: The Service is not a media publisher, news agency, or content creator. We do not claim ownership of any text, images, or media found through our monitoring algorithms.
2.1. Payment for Technology, Not Content. The subscription fee is charged solely for the provision of SaaS (Software as a Service) functionality. This includes:
2.2. No Resale of Data. We do not sell, license, or distribute third-party content. You are paying for a "Smart Filter" tool to save your time, not for the news posts themselves. Access to the original public channels in Telegram remains free and open to anyone directly via the Telegram app.
3.1. Ownership. All rights to the content (posts, analysis, media) aggregated by the Bot belong to their respective owners (Telegram channel administrators).
3.2. Fair Use & Indexing. The Service operates under the principles of Fair Use and Information Indexing. Our goal is to help users discover relevant content they might otherwise miss.

4.1. We respect intellectual property rights. Our mission is to drive targeted audiences to your public channels, not to replace them.
4.2. If you are a channel owner and believe that our indexing service infringes upon your rights, or if you simply wish for your channel to be excluded from our search results, please contact us directly. We will process your request and add your channel to our Exclusion List promptly.

5.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
5.2. No Endorsement. MsgHunter simply mirrors public data based on user-defined keywords. We do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or safety of the content posted by third parties (including potential scams, financial advice, or external links found in channels).
5.3. Users are responsible for their own due diligence regarding any information received via the Bot.
6.1. The Service operates in strict accordance with Telegram's Terms of Service.
6.2. Public Data Only. We only monitor Public Channels that are accessible to the general public. We do not bypass privacy settings, access private chats, or scrape non-public user data.
